Mr. Benson Pun leads the company with his extensive experience in corporate management and his extraordinary vision and foresight across industries. The knitwear factory he founded in 1970 has grown to become one of the market leaders today. In recent years, the company’s business blueprint has continued to diversify, and the group’s core businesses are now in knitwear, mining, commercial leasing, hospitality, real estate, and integrated cultural and tourism attractions.
Mr. Benson Pun is a renowned overseas Chinese leader, and a famous Hong Kong businessman of Hainanese descent. He was the former president of the Hong Kong Hainan Commercial Association, a former member of the CPPCC of Hainan Province, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Benson Pun is a philanthropist and is passionate about giving back to society. As a staunch supporter of education, he has funded the construction of the Hainan Wenchang Middle School and Hainan University, and has also donated to facilities such as the Wengtian Wenyuan Primary School’s teaching building and office building. To date, he has generously donated over RMB 10 million to education causes. His immense contribution to his hometown Wenchang City, has been acknowledged and widely commended by his peers, and he has earned the accolade of “Role Model for Our Children” from the Hainan Provincial Government.

Mr. Jeffery Pun has close to 20 years of experience in the Chinese real estate industry, and has served as the CEO of Hainan Keyestone Properties Company Limited, Executive Director and General Manager of Sanya Gaosheng Development Company Limited, as well as the Director of Kent Knitters Limited. He is the vice president of the Hong Kong Hainan Commercial Association, and the current director of the Hainan Commerce Representative Office in Hong Kong, and the vice president of the H.K. Federation of Hainan Community Organizations. In recent years, Mr Pun has committed to the development of his hometown, and the scope of his investments includes the mining, hospitality, and real estate industry, with a total investment of over RMB 4 billion. He is also proactively involved in helping Hainan enterprises make their mark on the global stage, and has tapped into Hong Kong’s role in the Chinese and global market to expand Hainan’s economic and trade network internationally, to reach a greater international market.

Mr. Edwin Pun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Marketing from the University of Southern California. During his time at the University of Southern California, he served as a teaching assistant in the postgraduate marketing program. Since then, Mr Pun has worked for consulting groups Deloitte and Capgemini, before joining the board of the Keyestone Group in 2009, with a focus on improving corporate governance within the company. Mr Pun has amassed nearly 10 years of experience in the field of real estate development. He has served as the director of Hainan Keyestone Properties Company Limited, and the director of Kent Knitters Limited.

Ms. Jenny Pun graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in urban planning and architecture. She currently serves as a director of Kent Knitters Limited and Hainan Keyestone Properties Company Limited. Ms. Jenny Pun has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and contract management, and is responsible for the technical and economic aspects, such as the bidding, engineering contracts, and cost control for the firm’s projects.Management

Mr. Chen has over 20 years of experience in the Chinese real estate industry. He graduated from Shenzhen University with a major in real estate development in 1998, and also obtained a master's degree (MSC) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2004. Prior to joining the Group, Mr Chen was the vice general manager of the Shenzhen Eastern Group between 1998 and 2006, where he served in various management positions in the company’s core department. Mr. Chen joined the Keyestone Group as general manager in 2006, and has been fully involved in the development and construction phases of numerous high-end real estate projects.

Mr. Alex Wong, Chief Financial Officer of Keyestone group. Mr. Wong graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and gained a Master's Degree in Management (Accounting) from Jinan University. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Mr. Wong has rich experience in financial accounting in many industries, is proficient in financial planning and analysis, and understands the accounting and tax regulations of China and Hong Kong SAR. Before joining the group, Mr. Wong worked for several Hong Kong listed companies. Mr. Wong was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the group in May 2022.

Mr. Raymond Chu graduated from the Department of Architecture at an American university, and has worked in lead design roles in large-scale architectural design firms both in the United States and Hong Kong. He founded Architech Design Company Limited in 2004, and was the principal at the firm, which has created numerous well-known projects in Hong Kong and China. Clients that he has served include leading real estate developers such as Hong Kong’s Sun Hung Kai Properties and Henderson Land Development. Later in his career, Mr. Raymond Chu joined Hainan Keyestone Properties Company Limited as a project director. Mr. Raymond Chu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a registered architect in the Hong Kong Government registry, a member of the American Institute of Architects, a registered architect of the National Institute of Architects, a registered architect in the State of Washington in the United States, and he is a qualified Class 1 architect in the People's Republic of China.

Zhang Ruijuan holds a bachelors degree in business administration and has amassed 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2016, she joined Keyestone’s real estate arm, and was in charge of the company's marketing. Prior to joining Keyestone Properties, Zhang Ruijuan had served in the Top 500 real estate groups and other businesses in the industry, playing a key role in over 30 projects in Henan and Hainan. She has operated 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, and has a proven track record of managing teams with more than 100 members. She has extensive experience in suburban tourism projects, inelastic demand projects in urban areas, high-end urban real estate, and resort properties. She has created a unique set of insights for properties featuring natural resources, such as mountains, sea, lake, and river, and also for those endowed with a prime location in school districts, downtown areas and so on. Her work covers the entire gamut of real estate development, from the property’s positioning during the pre-project phase, project planning, as well as the crucial marketing phase during the build process.Directors & Management
